Bullies do not choose anyone to bully.

Bullies select their victim on how they behave.

Bullies select EASY targets.

At Essex Tae Kwon Do Academy we will try and make your child or an adult a HARD target.

We will try and change their behaviour by giving them improved self confidence on the mental side and physical skills that will give them the security of safety.

Tae Kwon Do will generate the mental and verbal skills to be pro-active, command and challenge in a courteous manner.

Our Academy will give them the physical skills to produce the correct body language that will show them as a harder target and not a potential victim. And if any unavoidable confrontation develops to be in a better position to defend themselves.
Essex Tae Kwon Do Academy has successfully seen many a bullied or under confident child or adult change for the better.


This is acheived by interaction with other students, encouragement and building on self belief.

The strongest catalyst for their transformation is the physical confidence that comes with training and the positive attitude that we instil into them.
